A murder mystery game set in Algeria
Most crime games take place in London or New York. We wanted cases set in places we know, with names we hear every day.

Why Algerian cases?
When a witness talks about a neighbourhood you know, or a road you drive every day, you get into the case faster. Small details become clues: prayer times, traffic on the motorway, a weekend wedding, a shop closed on Friday.
Every case and every character is made up, but the setting is real. That is what makes players say: “This could happen here.”
What’s in a case file?
- Police and forensic reports.
- Statements from witnesses and suspects, each hiding something.
- Photos, floor plans, phone messages and receipts.
- Puzzles that unlock new documents: a phone code, a time, a place.
- At the end, you accuse the culprit and answer the investigation questions to get your score, your rank and the full solution.
Try it: a small puzzle
A short puzzle in the style of the cases. Read the statements, then compare them with the document.
Small puzzle
The key card
An envelope of cash disappeared from the manager’s office between 2:00 and 2:30 pm. Three employees said where they were, then the investigator compared their statements with the building’s key-card log.
- Samir: “I went out for a coffee and came back around 2:35.”
- Layla: “I stayed in my office the whole time.”
- Karim: “I went to the bank and didn’t come back until after 3:00.”
- Door log: Samir out 1:50, in 2:35. Layla in 1:55, never out. Karim out 1:40, in 2:15.
How do you play?
- Open the case in your browser, on a phone or a computer. Nothing to download.
- Read the documents in any order and take notes.
- If you’re stuck, the “Hint” button rules out a wrong answer, for 1 point.
- Your progress is saved, so you can stop and finish another day.
And the first case is completely free: no account, no payment. If you like it, the other cases are waiting in the library.
