What we record

Your account: email or phone number, first name, password (encrypted: we cannot read it).

Your orders: name, phone, chosen cases, photo of the payment receipt and your message.

Your progress in the cases (documents read, puzzles solved, notes), so you find it on your devices.

If you ask for it at the end of the free case: your email or phone number, to tell you about new cases and offers. Nothing else.

Anonymous visit statistics: pages viewed and the site you came from. The visitor there is an identifier that changes every day and cannot be used to follow you.

Cookies

Two at most: the one that keeps you signed in, and the one that keeps your seat in an investigation room. No advertising cookies, no social media trackers.

Why

To give you access to your cases, check payments, help you if something goes wrong and improve the cases (for example, seeing where players get stuck).

Who can see it

Only the Detective Tales team, and our technical host to run the site. We never sell or rent any data.

How long

Your account and progress: as long as your account exists. Payment receipts: as long as needed for accounting. Statistics: 2 years at most. The “new cases” list: until you ask to leave it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at contact@detectivetalesgame.com or on Instagram (@detective_tales.dz). These rights are set out by Algerian law no. 18-07 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data.
