Terms of sale

1. The seller

The Detective Tales website is run by Detective Tales. Contact: contact@detectivetalesgame.com, Instagram @detective_tales.dz.

2. What you buy

Online access to one or more fictional investigation cases (digital content), played in the browser, and, when there is one, the printable PDF version of the case, for personal or family use.

Access is tied to your account, with no time limit for as long as the site exists.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Algerian dinars (DA), all taxes included. Payment is made by BaridiMob or CCP transfer. The order is approved once the payment is checked, usually within 24 hours; the case is then added to your account.

4. Account and sharing

One purchase covers a group playing together. For that, an account can be open on 4 devices at once. Reselling access, publishing the documents, solutions or codes, or sharing your account outside your group is not allowed.

An access code can be used by one account only. In case of abuse, we may block a code or an account.

5. Ownership

The stories, texts, images, plans and puzzles are protected by copyright. Copying or sharing them, even in part, without our written consent is not allowed.

6. Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: a refund if the case is not delivered to you, or if a technical problem on our side stops you from playing and we cannot fix it.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the site running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee it at all times (maintenance, connection, a provider's outage).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Algerian law. If there is a disagreement, write to us first: we always look for a friendly solution.
